The Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) is designed to develop and consolidate the student’s skills in the Building and Construction industry. It will suit those who are already working within the Building and Construction industry at any level and will enhance their skills and professional practice. The qualification has core competency requirements that cover common skills within managerial roles.

English Language Requirements

Minimum IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL IBT 46 or PTE (Pearson Test of English) 42 or CAE 47 or eligible ELICOS courses or completion of an Australian Qualification or approved LLN test.

Entry Requirements

Year 12 or Equivalent or Completion of AQF Certificate IV or higher level course.

If you only partially complete your qualification you will be issued a Statement of Attainment listing your completed units of competency.
